What is the minimum order?
One bag. For 1 to 5 bags, you buy directly online at the published price. From 6 bags, we offer a volume quote.
Does the lot I receive match the sample?
Yes. The coffee delivered is the lot that was sampled. Quality and claims are governed by the European Standard Contract for Coffee (ESCC).
How do I pay?
The first order is paid in advance. B2B accounts with a purchase history can work with invoices on payment terms.
How long can the coffee stay in the warehouse?
Once paid, the coffee is reserved in the Barcelona warehouse and collected whenever the buyer needs it. For purchases on credit, payment is due on the invoice due date, regardless of the collection date.
Is transport included?
No. The price is EXW Barcelona warehouse. The buyer can arrange their own transport or ask Curador to organise freight, quoted by destination and number of bags and invoiced separately.
What traceability comes with each lot?
Each lot is linked to its farm, its producer and the geolocation of its plots. This information accompanies the lot documentation and prepares the due diligence required by the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
Can I contract the 2027 harvest?
Yes. The 2027 harvest is contracted forward, with no prepayment, a price formula and staggered deliveries.
